THE SITUATION
A nine-clinic aesthetics brand was buying leads at volume and counting form fills as wins. Booked consults told a different story: two clinics were absorbing most of the demand while the newest two ran open chairs all afternoon.
WHAT WE DID
We instrumented the funnel to the kept consult, rewrote front-desk booking scripts, and rebuilt the follow-up sequence for the 72 hours after an inquiry. Spend was reallocated by service-line margin and clinic capacity, not by lead volume.
THE RESULT
Cost per booked consult fell from $178 to $62. Treatment plan value rose 22%. Chair utilization at the two newest clinics reached 87%.
WHAT CHANGED FOR THE OPERATOR
Marketing and the clinical calendar now share one number. The group opens clinic ten with a 90-day pre-open plan instead of a launch party.
“We stopped celebrating leads. The only number on the wall now is booked consults per injector.”
